We tried to purchase tickets to watch The Wiggles live from the Plenary Hall that day but it was too expensive, imagine the cheapest is RM159.00 per person for BACK row seats...the children was quite disappointed..maybe next time ya..

Mid term school breaks now entering its 2nd week..Last Saturday, 5th June, we brought the kids to Kuala Lumpur for 7 nights and 8 days fun filled vacation. It was great, spending lots of quality time together and enjoying every moment with the children. I sensed that it has brought us more closer to each other... ^-^
Above are some pictures out of 400 pix taken during the trip. Probably it will cost me around RM200 just to develop all of it :-)

Saturday last week (24th April 2010), Evergreen Pre-School held their 'Annual Sports Day' at the school's compound. For Isaac, it was something new for him and didn't know what to expect on that day. We arrived around 7.40am, I thought we were the first few parents who came early that day. Such gloomy skies that morning, makes me worried..what if it rain. For sure lots of parents especially the children will be disappointed. But fortunately the grey skies disappeared just as they were about to start the event. Here are some pix taken that day..

Isaac was in a good mood..and I thought..WOW..can't wait to see him doing the tunnel race..

At least he tried...poor baby. Am sure next year he will do much better ;-)

Getting ready for the Tunnel Race..despite the fact, no prizes/medals won that day..but hey, we really enjoyed watching him and the others finished all the games. He brought back some goodies of packet drinks, cakes and jellies ;-)

Sisters came along too, (Ruth and Cynthia) giving their moral support to Isaac that day... :-)

Daddy and daughters

Okay I've mentioned in my last month posting about the new addition to our family..Nope, am not pregnant ;-) at times I wished but second thought I'll stick to my three little honey bees... :-))

Here it is...

This was taken more than 2 months ago, a French Bulldog pup and we named her 'Marble'. It was 'love at first sight' for my kids when we came over to Pinnacle Pets Supply shop at Wisma Damai. At first we planned to get some cats food for granny's Siamese feline when Ruth spotted this pale cream colour pup sleeping soundly in her cage.

It's a small breed dog with snub nose, soft coats and bat like ears (look..her ears is almost as big as the head).

Sugar Baby

My daughter Cynthia is really fond of sweet things. If I'm around, I will make sure she doesn't eat too much sweets, ice-cream or junk food. I told her many times that sweet things can give tooth ache if it's not clean properly by brushing. But yesterday, my MIL complained to us that our 2nd daughter was caught eating sugar in the kitchen..yes sugar which you mix with coffee, Milo or your cup of tea! I was quite upset by her act and I have to find solution fast to make her NOT eating sweet things too much. So far, she has no problem with her teeth except her sister Ruth who will turn eight this year. She is beginning to 'depart' with her most front baby tooth and dislike sweet things compared to Cynthia.

Back to Cynthia, I asked her why she ate the sugar..she slowly open her mouth and said..because I could not find any sweets inside the fridge! (slap my forehead) I further explained that she could not eat the sugar as it's only use to mix with hot drinks and it's not suitable to eat just like that! (sigh) I really hope my girl won't be scooping sugar from container again..what a sight ya! My girls spend their afternoon after school at my PIL, perhaps I should ask MIL to keep the sugar container on top shelves.. (sigh again)

Hi all... :-) Yes..no post, no updates.. :-(
I've been very busy since early month with children going back to school, work, sending them to school and picking them up in the evening from parents in-law, managing house chores...alone! Now I could call myself 'Superwoman' :-p Like some of my friends said..do not complain, just keep on going..but it's hard huh?! I really need some extra hands now to help me sort out things at home especially. If you are reading this post my dear hubby..it shows that your wife is like holding a big SOS banner now... I just hope he will be back home soonest possible. Hurry up with the project dear..(selfish lah pulak) :-p

Good news...sad occassions..tears and laughters..it was kind of mixed bag for the year 2009 for me and family. Here we are again January the year of 2010, no resolutions made. BUT the most important thing is, I hope and pray to God will continue to bless each everyone of us, my children, family, relatives and friends. Let's hope for a better year to us all :-)

Killer Croc..

About a week ago, hubby and I brought the kids to Tuaran Crocodile Farm. It was opened few years back but it never come across our mind to visit the place till only last week. Having a long weekend as it was a public holiday(Awal Muharam) that Friday, we decided to make the long weekend an intresting break with the children ;-) somemore daddy a.k.a. hubby will soon be away for two weeks working and kids need to spend more time with him lah..

We reached the place before 11 am just not to miss the 'Crocodile Show Time'. Some visitors already lining up to purchase the entry tickets which cost for an adult RM10 , kids RM5 (for Malaysian)..I wonder how much it cost for non-Malaysian.

(takut sumpahan orang dulu-dulu..mana tau hujan lebat ka kunun :-P )

Cynthia's colouring contest

Colouring contest was part of the 'Minggu Jantung Kota Kinabalu 2009' event organised by the Yayasan Jantung Malaysia, Persatuan Tabung Pesakit Jantung Sabah and QEH, DBKK as the co-organiser

Getting ready...I didn't get her a small table like the others,
probably next time lah kan sayang..

'Mummy...wake up otherwise we'll be late for the competition', Cynthia wispered to my ear early Saturday morning. I forced my eyes open and grab my handphone just next to the table lamp, the time shows 6.30am..still too early and it's weekend :-p
I looked at her, standing and waiting for me to get out from the bed..uhhmm and I thought, maybe I could boil some water and make a cup of coffee to 'wake' myself up.
Cynthia was pretty excited that day, she kept asking for the time..she knows what time we should be at the Karamunsing Complex and by 10.30am we left the house but pretty sad, little Isaac couldn't join us. I can't afford to take care all three of them at a shopping mall...alone! :-D
Here are some pix taken that day (14 November 2009). There were six of them from Kiddie Montessori School and teacher Bella and Jennifer came along to ensure their students name were listed in the competition. For the final result...well she didn't get any placing but at least she enjoyed it and received a large box of Kelloggs Coco Crunch :-)) errmm...any more competition? will see (wink) ;-)

I wasn't going to abandoned my blog but the lazy 'bug' still sticking on me. How do I get it off? I'm not sure how but I guess it needs a little time to adjust myself and kick off those lazy 'bugs' out of me. :-p
I have few overdue stories to tell and pictures to share with but I'm just going to share that is worth to put up. To start at with was my second daughter graduation and mini concert ceremony. It was held on the 25th October 2009 at Putera Ballroom, Luyang. We were among many parents who came to witnessed the graduation ceremony and feeling so proud of our children receiving their certificates from the Kiddie World Montessori School Headmistress, Ms. Dora Duising. Apart from the graduation ceremony it was also the schools annual mini concert and this year the theme was 'Neverland'. Does that sound familiar to you? Yeah you're right...they danced and put up a short drama with most of my favourite songs by the late MJ's..an extra bonus for mummy :-p
We had a seven course round table lunch..well worth it as we paid RM35 per head. The children received balloons, goodies filled with sweets, chocolates and soft drinks. My little Isaac also received some goodies and that made his day lah...I should have taken his pix the moment he received the party pack he was laughing and jumping joyfully (macam budak tidak pernah receive party pack or something bah) hahaha..
There shall be another 'nervous' feeling by next year for me as Cynthia step into primary one. The same school as her sister is now. I was feeling pretty nervous when we sent Ruth to primary one earlier this year..I was scared of what if she's being bullied by the older children, what if she cries if she's in pain and the list goes on and on.
I'm sure my girls are far more better than their mum when I was at their age haha..Yeah poor dad, had to dragged his little girl to school :-p
Cynthia made us both so proud and happy, not too long ago...she was just a baby and with a blink of an eye, my baby has turn six and graduated from the kindergarten. Always remember how much you are loved Cynthia XOXO!

Finally after almost a month without any updates, no excuses but just a simple reason..'malas' (being lazy). Oh well.. :-) I should start of with some pix taken recently and also a pix while on a working trip to Sandakan together with some of our colleagues. It was worthwhile trip even though my back and tummy pain made me so uncomfortable through out the two nights and three days over there.

Celebration is not over yet ..another one to go for this month..a celebration meant for daddy and mummy only lah.. ;-) But yesterday 24th September, my second daughter Cynthia celebrated her 6th birthday with a Ben 10 (Fire) Macadamia vanilla cake. She's been asking for the cake since early this year and yesterday her wish was fulfilled and the birthday girl was overexcited. Barely eat her lunch and dinner..a familiar sign if she is too excited.. Here are some pix taken last night, her grands, uncles and cousin Max came over for a simple dinner at home.

Hubby's birthday falls on the 4th September (Friday). We have lots of reasons to celebrate this month of September. Starting with hubby's birthday on the 4th, Isaac's birthday on the 16th followed by Cynthia's on the 24th and to close the month of celebration is our wedding anniversary on th 28th (8th Years Anniversary)..there will be cakes, presents and lots of kisses for everyone in the family :-)

Bedtime story

Recently I bought few more story books for Ruth and Cynthia, they were excited and started reading each one of them. I set up a small library at home, making sure they have a place to sit and read their books comfortably and sometimes Isaac would join them too. Normally before bedtime, either daddy or myself will read them a short story. But last Wednesday night, I was not feeling well and awfully tired and my turn to read the bedtime story. I opened the book and begin searching the shortest story I could find but Cynthia insisted me reading "Little Red Riding Hood" for them. Hmm..okay, but I told her it's going to be a short version and she quickly said "yes" :-)
So..Once upon a time...bla..bla..bla..then turning few more pages (by now I could hardly open my eyes)..but still I continued reading ...bla..bla..bla..when suddenly Ruth said, "mummy why the wolf wants to eat the chicken"? and I was like 'huh'? where is this chicken come from..I said to myself..no chicken involved in this story lah..mak datuk! this mummy was half asleep while reading the book. Okay..okay..let me sit up straight and finish the book ...so we continue till the end of the storylah..and ZZzzzz

Father and son having lots of fun, I really adore this two boys of mine. They are my love and inspirations. I can't get enough watching them playing and running around chasing small crabs and birds around. Isaac was excited, he made few friends around saying 'Hi' to people..making us(daddy and mummy) proud of him.

One of my favourite picture of my daughter Miss Lizzie (Ruth Elizabeth). The picture reminds me when I was at her age..walking bare footed holding my slipper or sandals whenever my parents brought us to the seaside. I looked at her once and I can find myself again in her..

..and there were tiny sea shells on her palm..lots of them brought back home and these are some of her favourite colors, if you can see them clearly here. I kept them on our shelf near the dining room, so every now and then I can look at it and reminds me back of our trip to the seaside...

And I was like busy looking for something..perhaps digging some gold ingots? :-P ...when Cynthia spotted something moving on the sands and quickly called me to get it for her..and it was this tiny crab..so small I almost can't spot it.

Admiring the beautiful view and the sunsets..I stood for awhile and took this pix..cool evening breeze as water rush to the shore brushing my legs..a sense of tranquility rush through my mind. I long to feel such calmness and peace..

I looked up the sky and said, Thank you Lord for giving me a chance to be at peace with your wonderful creations and I thank you most for the wonderful families and friends surrounded in me..

They eat anything from insects, crabs, birds, mouse deer and even their own species...eeww..

Meet the Malayan Water Monitor Lizard or locally known as 'Biawak'. I knew some people took their(monitor) meat believing the meat can cure certain ailments or perhaps as aphrodisiac (Not sure if this is proven..)For whatever the reasons but it certainly a hit especially during 'aramaitii' as 'pusas' ;-) I've tasted the meat when I was like 6 or 7 years old.. and I was too young to find out what kind of meat they served until after you had your burpp. ..(Kenyang lah) then someone said, 'How's the biawak meat my dear?' Nope, no thanks..first and the last... So last saturday our children had their first encounter with this monitor lizard, from head to tail is like 1.5 meter long and probably weighing around 7 to 10kgs..it's really huge, I've never seen a huge biawak as this one..

They have never seen anything like this before...it's a good experience to let them
see some wildlife animals

Some people can't resist touching its tail..but I'm not sure if its a good idea though coz they bite right!? just like their BIG cousins the 'crocs'

It's Thursday today...which means one more day tomorrow (Friday) and it will be the weekends I long, for I can sleep a little late and watch my movies and wake up a little late the next day.. :-)

Hi all...what's up? I haven't taken any long holidays yet, perhaps a shorter gateway soon ...but hubby has drop us few hints of going somewhere next month (July) I'll hang on to that ;-)
Weekdays last week spent on some courses but weekends was fun watching "Hannah Montana - The Movie" with my girls... somehow the song and the lyrics 'The Climb' (soundtrack for the movie) has touched and gives me the inspiration.. take care people..XXX

I came across this article from http://www.babycenter.com from my weekly newsletter subscription and found it interesting as stress can occur to small kids (preschooler) too.
So I better check any of these signs on my two preschoolers (Isaac and Cynthia)..

Most of us thought only the adults and teenagers have stress problems, but as parents we also need to ensure our young ones are physically and emotionally 'OK' .

'Most of the time, your preschooler is probably a happy kid. But did you know that very young children can get stressed out, too? Common stressors for preschoolers include having too many planned activities, the lack of a stable routine, feeling sick, a move, a separation from a beloved caregiver, or the arrival of a new sibling. Some signs a child is feeling pushed or stressed:

She suddenly seems withdrawn and disinterested in things.
There's a change in her personality, especially from sunny to sullen or angry.
She resists when it's time to go play.
She insists she wants to "go home" when you've just arrived at a new place.
Her toilet-training progress seems to regress (daytime accidents after several weeks or months without any, for example).

Give your child extra TLC during stressful times. Reassess what's going on in her life and see if you can put more security and stability back into it. For example, if you think the problem might be too much activity (and all the related rushing and nagging), scale back your plans.'

Do you have a passion and patience on baking beautiful and delicious cakes, cupcakes and cake decos just like at Deana's? I've got to know Deana through other bloggers about a year ago..and I've ordered more than twice from her (birthday cakes and cuppies), this is not only because of the delicious cakes and cuppies she made but the decos are so amazingingly astonish. Her cakes and cuppies seems to be preventing you from touching and eating it which I almost did when I ordered for my son's birthday cake..it was too beautiful to cut it :-D At Deana's you will find her cakes aren't only delicious but demanding lots of skills to create a real masterpiece.

I believe Birthday's, weddings and any special celebrations, a delicious and beautiful cake is worth an extraordinary memory. So for those of you who will be celebrating Mother's Day this coming Sunday and have no idea what to give for your dear mother, perhaps Deana can help you bake your favourite cake a special homemade cake just for a great mum to say how much you care and loved her..

Our little Isaac is so into Ultraman movies. At times he acts like them (Ultraman)...showing the cross hands, jumping, kicking etc. So the other day while cleaning the cabinet closets I counted the DVD/VCDs and quite suprisingly there are 20 pieces of Ultraman movies. Gosh! who bought all these huh? hubby...is it you? yeah I admit buying only 2 or 3 of them only.
At times we could not even watch any other programs on Astro, I'm missing my 703 already huhuhu...and poor sisters Ruth and Cynthia they'll have to sacrifice their own favourite programs on Astro for the little brother unless the bro is not at home.
So here are some pix taken one of the evenings, I took 3 snaps on him watching this la..and didn't even bother to look at his mummy...hmmm

I've always wanted to learn how to bake cakes...or perhaps cupcakes which I think much more easier? I have an oven at home but its barely used since we bought it (5 years ago)..I could recall, I had roasted chicken twice I guess...vanilla, chocolate, orange cakes which did not turn out right...most ended up in the bin.. Will try to make an effort lah this year...look see, look see in the newspaper for Baking classes..at least we can have our cupcakes at anytime at home just like these;

I love the taste and colours..we had these more than a week ago and at least each person had like 4 cupcakes and a cup of coffee to go with it..I ordered 50 so enough for everyone..Thanks so much Aines..I will definetly order from you again till I know how to make them..(which I'm also not sure bila lah tu.. :-) )

Recently and to be exact on the 30th March 09' (Monday) the CEO of the State Government celebrated his 58th birthday. We were invited (the whole staff) for the birthday luncheon and like usual, every year I will snap few pictures of cakes given to him from hoteliers around Kota Kinabalu. Some quite unique but unlikely you will see the uniqueness of it with only a 2.0 megapixel handphone camera pix. But not to dissapoint myself of not showing you these, mesti mau kasih tingu juga birthday cakes CEO kita ;-)

Some might look like rolls royce toy cars..they are real..real cakes and choclates...

Hair cut?

My son had a hair cut about 2 weeks ago...having curly and fine hair makes it easier to snip snip those soft dark brown hair...Hubby and I took him to the nearest salon that morning but having a mixed feeling whether my little boy would sit still or perhaps I'll have to have him sit on my lap again with hairs all over my body and neck.. just like the previous visits for hair cuts.. :-(
But instead he gave us a nice surprised that day, look at these pix, a two years 6 months old boy enjoying his hair cut..aahhh...feels happy and relieved...

At first, Isaac looks a little nervous..ehhm.. careful with that scissors k..

Now I could bring him anytime for a hair cut..just you and me little darling :-)

Grandma was getting tired
It has been almost a month and it seemed a cure was not meant to be.

Grandma was a strong and courageous lady
But day by day her sickness taking a huge toll of her life.

With heartaches and tears
We watched and waited for her last breath..
But I could not stay long at her bedside
for it breaks my heart to see her fading away..

Once the heart belongs to a warm, cheerful caring lady
slowly diminishing and stopped beating
on the 16th March 2009, at 9.25pm.

God took her back
He knows what is the best for Grandma
Is to come home and rest..

How much we've wanted her around us
How much we've wanted to celebrate special occasions with her
especially her birthdays.
To see her smile again and to hear her voice.
We love her dearly but
We know we can't keep her anylonger
For God loves her more and He knows what is the best for her.

Hi everyone, the weekend is almost here. There's an aura, a happy aura going on in this office right now, I guess everyone is looking forward for the weekend including myself :-D The weather had just entered a milder, for it has been raining the past few days and sunnier spell around this afternoon makes a lovely day out for most. Without realising it, March is just around the corner and to be exact this coming Sunday. I have not much to say here but some pix which I've taken this month(February). e) I've enough collections of crystal bracelets in all sorts of colours

f) I kept my wedding evening dress nicely in wardrobe...oh and I can't fit this anymore..dang!

g) I lived in a 1000 sq ft apartment in Taman Penampang. Quite spacious for a medium size family like us ;-)

h) We have 2 tortoise, a small aquarium with 5 small 'ikan sapat' in it don't know what is the scientific name for this type of fish, 3 cutie kittens (am looking for a new home for them, can't keep them for long at home they(kittens) need a more spacious place to stay, walk around and play) poor kittens :-(

i) Another fact, I love Italian food huhuhu...

j) Last but not least, I'm a Taurean and Bull is the symbol..I can be very stubborn and hot-tempered depending what comes over me lah hahaha.. but else loving, loyal and generous that's in me ;-) Queen Elizabeth II, William Shakespeare, Audrey Hepburn to name a few are all famous Taurean.. yay!

Chap Goh Mei represents the fifteenth and final day of the Lunar New Year period as celebrated by Chinese migrant communities. The term is from the Hokkien dialect and literally means the fifteenth day of the first month.

Last night we had our Chap Goh Mei family dinner at my aunt's place. The 15th day of the Chinese New Year celebration actually falls on today 09th February 2009 but due to the hectic Monday schedules, we fixed a day earlier to celebrate the occasion together with the whole family. It was really fun, giving away Angpows and mandarin oranges... everyone loves gathering especially with the families ;-) The food was all delicious some more a BIG pot of delicious soup...wah..lapar balik ingat ni tau... Anyway, looking at the food here makes me wanna sit and enjoy the food again hehehe.. Oh there was Lion Dance performance too :-D by my girls ( Ruth and Cynthia ). I couldn't take any pix of them, my camera out of batt.

One night while I was busy doing some paper work, my two girls joined me on the same table together, each with a notepad, pencil and pen. For awhile I did not take note what was written on their notepad. Busy with their own 'business', I took my digital camera and snap few pix, and this is what was written in their notepad. At first I thought they wanted to write a letter and send over to this Astro programme, 'Oos and Aahs' :-)

Lunch with the Royals

Hello :-) , just got back from 1B, not for shopping, neither window shopping but a special lunch with the Bruneian Royals :-)
KDYMM Paduka Seri Baginda Sultan Hassanal Bolkiah, his consort and the Crown Prince are here in the State for a 3 days official visit. Today the State Ministers, Federal & State Heads of Departments and Officers had lunch with the Royals at 1B grandballroom. I must say the setting was beautifully done and of course the ambience filled with golden yellow colours from roses(I've never seen golden yellow roses before-they are absolutely beautiful) yellow lillies to table cloths, draps..almost everything yellow lah..royals kan
Needless to say, everything were set beautiful for the Royals. And here are some pix I took this afternoon even though pictures aren't allowed at this function hehehe...('tapuk-tapuk')
I've also taken few pix with our two local singers, Marsha and Linda right after the function.

Constant craving..

I'm feeling a little hungry at this moment, again am thinking of sweet things to eat like cakes, jellies, ABC, Ice-cream hmm... While browsing through the internet this morning, I saw this pix in one of my folders, it was taken before new year at my cousin's 21st birthday. Looking at it makes my tummy growling even louder hahaha....
This is a 2kg mango yoghurt's cake. The cake was supper delicious and as good as it looks too ;-)
aahhmm....I lost 1 - 2 kg recently( banyak kerja rumah bah) so I think it shouldn't be a problem for a slice of cake hehehe..
Ok I've made up my mind, am going this evening for a lip smacking piece of cake..

The kids are all in bed except me, gotta wait hubby's phone call from KL. I'm so tired after a long day and tired doing the house chores and I just wish there's a maid to help me sort out the loads haha...dream on!
Actually I should be back at work after the long weekend and the extra 2 days (Monday & Tuesday) public holidays of Chinese New Year. Mrs Wong (Isaac's nanny) have requested a week break in conjunction with the Lunar celebration, and my boy does not 'fancy' anyone other than the nanny which left us no choice, I have to take leave till this Friday.
Ok, the thing I wanna share here is about CJ-7, how many of you out there know about this little creature, small green body and a big hairy head with antenna on top and a set of BIG brown-black eyes. My girls are so into this creature, Cynthia and Ruth each have their own CJ-7 and a few smaller version of it and to add to their collection, a bed set. I hope there's nothing else they want after this. You see, I'm not really into this little creature , it's kinda weird to me but until hubby and I joined them watching the movie last Monday on Astro AXN 701 (CJ-7 ) then only I knew what is it all about. Tonight while they were asleep, I took a few snaps of them holding their CJ's..just wanted to upload this to my blog am sure Ruth and Cynthia will be very happy CJ-7 is here hehehe.....

Sharing our school days memories...

Oh goodness! It has been 21 years ago, that looo..ng. Can't believe it, seemed only few years well maybe at least 10 years ago perhaps since we left St.Michael, Secondary School in Penampang. Here are some pix of my ex-classmates of 5Sc (bottom fr left) Jaini and myself (seated on sofa) Avril and Jocelyn ( standing fr left) Charlie, Roland, Timothy and Bonnie. There were 21 of us, I think hehe... so finally on the 29th December 2008 we had the opportunity to meet at my place, sort of reunion kecil-kecilan lah. Wow feels so great meeting them again after so long..really missed our school days..cerita tidak pandai habis-habis that day. Jocelyn and Roland the ever loving couple since early school days are now blessed with 2 lovely children. Really salute your true love lah geng..;-D Dear Avril, we always go to the school canteen together haha..aww missed that memory lah Avril. We talked about our little secrets...Hubert? Holly? LOL Jaini, I can never forget the long walk balik rumah. Banyak stories we shared masa pulang rumah from school..even naik jambatan gantung (suspension bridge) masih lagi becerita. Jocelyn we've been school/classmates since primary to secondary school..Oooo that long Lyn!! Ya, we used to pick rambutan and guava right after school hours, atukoi! The guys, Roland..always a sentimental person, with a smiling face be it at good or bad times in school. Charlie, considered to be the naughtiest boy in class, always messing up with the rest in class haha...And Timothy, we 'labelled' him as book worm in class hehe..he's now working with the State Govt, same as I am and still single...uuhhmmm (Bila la kami dapat surat saman dari mu ni?) Last but not least, Bonnie..always put on a smiling face like Roland, muka still the same like before, tidak pandai tua orang bilang. I'm looking forward to meet the rest of the class hopefully this year for a special reunion...can't wait

I'm still on leave..yup..quite a long leave. I purposely took long break since 22 December 08' just to ensure our little girls, Ruth who is in primary one this year and Cynthia in Kindergarten year two enrollment doing just fine. Both of them were so excited as they can't wait to go back to school again but their excitement were hampered last saturday when we spotted tiny red dots appeared on some parts of their body (tummy, back and hands). At first glance, thought the bed bugs or maybe allergy to something might have caused the spots but the next morning (sunday) there were few more red spots appeared on Ruth's face, ok..calming myself I told hubby we should go to the nearest clinic. Doctor confirmed to us, they've got chicken pox (both of them). No medication to stop the spots from coming out, some calamine lotions to sooth the itchiness and fortunately they only suffered mild spots. Thanks to Chicken pox vaccinations ( a must jap for children upon reaching 2 years and above) they were both vaccinated few years ago or otherwise it could be more serious problem. Hubby looked at me blankly, I said, why..he murmured slowly and a little concern, he never get this kind of spots, chicken pox since small..yay..oh man!! I hope you won't get it dear (cross fingers) I had them when I was 7 or 8 mum told me..hehehe..I'm safe then ;-)
The girls are now eagerly waiting for next week monday to continue their classes, Doc gave them a week sick leave..hopefully they will be ok by then.

Happy New Year 2009!

I have no lists of new year resolution, I know it will only waste my time to list down everything in a piece of paper, and eventually will lost it somewhere hehehe... I've stored it all inside my head, so easier for me to retrieve it at any time I want it too. Good health is my priority, without it others may not come along. Good ties with families and friends, and oh am extremely happy too, coz I've made new friendship through blogging, met my ex-classmates of St. Michael 5Sc 1987 (will blog about this soonest I can) in the year of 2008. So I hope the good ties will continue in this new year.
Good things comes from Him, so we will continue to pray and praise for His Blessings for another year!

Christmas is still celebrated throughout this week until the Epiphany. And for those of you still having open house for friends and families, have a wonderful time. Every year we celebrate Christmas at mum's place. Christmas cake is a must and my friend Anies baked us a 2kg chocolate moist cake and guess what, we finished it in one day ;-) Thanks so much Anies. ( will post the pix soon)
This year 2008, life has been wonderful with the kids and husband. The kids are our inspiration to go on with life be it at good or bad times. But there were few incidents, heart wrenching and saddest moments we all went through this year. The parting of our late grand-aunt Rev. Sister Michael, my grandpa and grandma in Keningau. They were truly missed by all of us (friends, relatives, children,in-laws, grandchildren and great-grandchildren). Apart of this, there were few more things happened in our family circle which some of us couldn't understand whether it is for their own good or the other way round. For whatever the reasons or their reasons, I hoped it will not hurt the family ties which we all have worked hard on it even to this end. I appreciate and Thank God for all the good things come into our life, moments we shared with friends and families, as it all comes from HIM.
Before the year end, 2008 has been a memorable year for me. Thank you so much to my wonderful children (Ruth,Cynthia and Isaac) and loving hubby for being so understanding, I LOVE YOU ALL SO MUCH!!
I hope and pray that 2009 will bring many good things in life, and also YOU (friends/relatives).

Recently I've posted looking for a theme to decorate our Christmas tree, thank you for the suggestions am sure will consider it for next year. So, here it is Silver white and pink. Almost done, but still looking for the right pink ribbons and the star to make it complete.

My two gals helped me alot, they were so excited and eager to set up the tree.

And these are few ornaments I bought recently just to add the pink ornaments which we already have.

Our kids are so happy for their tree is almost ready for Christmas. One day they will eventually know the real meaning of Christmas, for it is more than just a tree...

Happy Birthday Mama, We love you so much!

She's 82 years old Grandmother and still going strong. Grandma was born on the 21 st November 1926 in Penampang. We never failed to celebrate her birthdays every year, together with her children, grandchildren and great-grand children (I really hope I can reach the age to live and see my great-grand children).
We celebrated her birthday at my aunts place last tuesday (2 Dec), thou belated due to some unforeseen matters but everyone was happy especially Grandma. I ordered her birthday cake Carrot Cheese Cake and wow it was lip smacking and suppa duppa delicious ;-) Thanks Anies *hugs*

But look at those pinky candles, it was all over the cake, her great-grand children arranged it for her *lol* It was fun with the kids even though 'bising' and 'chaos' at times.

Meet Ruth and Cynthia's pet, Harry and Minnie (please don't ask me why Minnie, sounds like a mouse right haha...) Yup, Ruth named it Minnie for the female tortoise. Can you differentiate which one is male and female? I'll tell you later.

The happy couple ;-)

So these two tortoise has been with us for almost a year. We first had them like in 50 cents in size, it was so small and I even thought it might not survive. We have their aquarium changed twice this year and it seems they need another, a much bigger 'house' for this Christmas hehe..They have grown so BIG (now the size of a 5R pix) and they are still growing fast, could be their food (wheat & oats pellets) giving them the boost.

Ok, to know which one Harry is, yes look at the lower part of their shell. Harry's pattern looks a little blurry spots and not so 'organized' I should say (talking about male huh). Minnies spots looks more prominent, notice the difference?

And this one is as cold as stone and it doesn't grow big. This is mine..'no name' yet haha... and I bought this miniature tortoise, actually there are 2 of them for my shelves. Hopefully there'll be lil Harry and Minnie someday, and that will be another story about our 'Kura-Kura' ;-)

I'm dreaming of a 'warmth' Christmas

Christmas mood is in town now..look at those beautiful ornaments, some still in the boxes waiting to be display for shoppers in Wisma Merdeka. I had my friday lunch with husband and our two girls today, we passed by few shops selling Christmas decos, and here is Ruth and Cynthia can' t get over these santa's hat from Watson. We didn't get any of those for them, as I told them we could still use the hats I bought last year. I'm still thinking of a theme and colours for this year Christmas home deco. Do you have any brilliant ideas? ;-) Can you help me with this? Last year was Blue and white theme. For my kids, Christmas time means fun, beautiful colours and baby Jesus was born, so every year I'll have to put extra effort to decorate the house, colour lights and most of all they really enjoy helping me decorate our 6 ft tall Christmas tree haha..yeah this year lil' Isaac will have his turn to put the top (star).

The Suria FM from 6am-10am is now becoming a hit to most radio listeners in Sabah and of course we are proud of him for promoting our local Kadazan/Dusun, Murut, Bajau songs. Some more, he made a surprise visit to our office today, oh wow..can't resist taking his pix :-P hey...what an opportunity!

Let's read some books

Weekends or public holidays means a lot to my 3 children, yes they will have the opportunity to play and read some books together. The living room will be fully occupied by them, of course toys from big to the smallest scattered all over. We just let them play until they are done for the day and have them keep it after playing. We lived in a 1000 sqft apartment, so my kids doesnt have any choice but indoor games/activities only, so we hope oneday we will be able to purchase our dream house (we've been thinking about it lately ;-) ) somemore with spacious backyard for them to play together.

I took this pix one of those saturdays instead of playing with their toys, they were busy looking/reading Barney's books. And lately Isaac has shown great intrest in books. He will either 'pinjam' (borrow) the sisters pre-school books or any of my 'Impiana' magazines...uhmm

There are times, 2 years 1 month old Isaac busy looking at those pages upside-down :-D . I think he is soon ready to attend nursery schools which we have already plan when he reach the age of 3.

Dreamlover blog belongs to a lady named Ivy Soraya a very nice name, an architect and she's from Indonesia. So, I went through her blog tonight and find it simple but there were some interesting postings made in here. She had about 65 postings for 2008.

Even though she described her blog about fashion, health, beauty just to name a few but I could hardly get to read postings especially on beauty and health. I do hope the blogger will write more on what they describe about their blogs. Anyway, some of the postings were quite interesting but I sensed the blogger did a lot of write-ups for post exchange as she had them about 30 postings for just the month of October? . Watching them playing especially weekends is like letting out their full energy kept for days. It's only mummy and daddy that needs to re-charge energy (just like the Energizer battery) to keep up with their tempo. "Hey, daddy do you need a ride back to Penampang?" Hop in!

Beijing Olympic Concert

Last sunday (19th October 2008), Cynthia's school, Kiddie World Montessori held their 'Beijing Olympic Concert' cum graduation ceremony for the 2nd year Kindergarten at the Putera Ballroom, Taman Tun Fuad, Bukit Padang. Was she excited, oh yes, Cynthia woke up early than the usual day so anxious about her 'pom-pom' dance. Yup, she was one of the cheerleaders dancing on the 'High School Musical' song. We arrived around 9.30am and we could see most parents, family members and guests were already seated. We were seated at table number 7 with MIL while Ruth seated at table 15 together with other small kids. By 10.05am the school's Headmistress, Mrs. Dorie Dusing made her short welcoming remarks and announced the grand entrance by the school children. It was so much fun filled with colours and theme songs from the recently held Beijing Olympic in China. The concert came to its end around 12 noon, Hi-Tea (quiet heavy, the menu was more or less like lunch) was served and there was nothing else we could think of, went home straight and have a really nice afternoon nap. Am so proud with my little girl, she always love dancing. But here's another thing in my mind now, 2 days ago she told us she wants to play the violin?! Anyone have any clue where to find violin classes? enjoy the pix though a lil' blurr..

Yesterday evening after work, hubby and I had a 'Yummy' dinner at Lintas Square area. The kids of course had their dinner with the grands and Isaac at the nanny's place. So why not eat outside somemore it will save us time to cook at home. I had rice for lunch, so I decided noodles for the night. We ordered 'pan mein' at this shop 'Siang-Siang Pan Mein', sort of flat flour noodles soup with its ingredients, deep fried achovies, diced fried chicken meat, dried black fungus with some leafy vegetables. Slurrrpp ! :-) Add a dash of sesame oil, shallots crisps and chopped chilli padi, I had it really clean haha..

This pix was taken if not mistaken 2 weeks ago, using my N73 (3.2megapixel) only but I managed to snap this quiet beautiful scenery, the sunset across the padi field. It was taken along the Penampang by-pass road, not bad huh.. hehe

Cynthia as usual always being so emotional, as we talked about sunset and how it will rise again tomorrow morning she bid the sunset with tears. Tsk..tsk..don't cry surely u will get to see the sun again tomorrow, I told her. That's our little girl Cynthia, being very emotional of things that touched her heart.

Today 4th September marked a special event in our family.

Happy Birthday Dear!

There are few important events happening for the month of September starting with hubby's birthday, next Isaac then Cynthia and lastly our wedding anniversary. So today I brought him out for lunch at Usagi Japanese Restaurant in Karamunsing Complex to celebrate the special occasion. He had Bento and I ordered Butter Grill Salmon and some Sushi. Yeah, the missing part is the birthday cake. We will have to reserve the cake cutting with our kids, once again Happy Birthday Dear, We love you verrryyyy MUCH and May God Bless you Abundantly!

Grandpa..

Wednesday last week, 27th August 2008, while having my breakfast with other colleagues, mum called up around 9.20am. I sensed distress in her voice tone, I knew she brought bad news that morning. My grandfather was rushed early morning to Keningau District Hospital and in critical condition. Anxiously waiting for the next news about his condition, mum called me up the 2nd time, asking me to send her to the bus station to catch the next coach to Keningau. We managed to get her the 1pm coach and as I was about to leave the bus station, I could only say some prayers hoping my mum could still see her dad..mum's face was really sad for she knows what it means when the doctor asked her brothers to sign a letter before proceeding the next step to save grandpa.

I called up hubby and we had lunch together that afternoon and at 1.47pm mum texted me, 'Aunty Dorothy call tadi, bapa sudah passed away, sya baru d Kimanis. Pray 4 his soul I will call when I arrive there'.

I was chock to tears. We took the 10am coach the next day and arrived in Keningau about 2 hours later. Grandpa was finally laid to rest on Friday 29th August, he was 84. May His Soul Rest in Peace...

Kinabalu Shell Press Awards which was held on the 24th August (sunday) recently marking its 17 years of tripartite partnership between the Sabah Journalist Association (SJA), Shell Malaysia and the State Government. I've been in this committee since 1998 representing the State Government for premier awards to Sabah journalists being the role agents of social change in disseminating news and informations through media. Excuse me for not taking any pix to all the winners on stage that night, but it was on front page in our local paper yesterday. Congrats to all winners! RM5000 per awards and one chap from Berita Harian went home with 5 awards in hand (RM5000 x 5 awards)loaded bah!! The fact here is, Akademi Fantasia (AF) stars, Nadia, Candy, Velvet, Yazzer and our first Sabahan AF winner Stacy made a special performance for the awards nite. I was seated a little too far from the stage, with low lights plus the distance. Hope these pix clear enough to see ;-)

Family gathering

Last sunday our family gathered for a simple lunch at my mum's to commemorate the 8 years passing of my beloved daddy. Actually it falls on the 25th August but it seems everyone will be working late so we planned it on that sunday. It was fun filled with family love for it has been awhile we had such gathering with everyone there. Of course my dad will always be in our mind each and everyday of our life, we've missed his laughter and he used to pull out some old jokes to us and we will burst into laughter about it. Ok, lets get over this then..am beginning to feel sad already :-(
My kids, my nephews and niece played so much till they sweat, am sure they didn't know what they have been missing in their life..is their grandfather. Yes, neither one of them were born yet when my dad died 8 years ago. Here are some pix taken on that day, and thanks to Anies for making a wonderful carrot cheese cake for us, we ate all and none for my take-away ;-)

These are all the paintings done by our local artists. I had the opportunity to visit their exhibition today which was held in the lobby area of our office building. Beautiful paintings, some were bought by Heads of Departments and the rest still waiting for buyers. Any buyer out there? :-) My favourite will be the turtle swiming in deep blue water, it was painted by a young artist. I wish I could paint and explore the wonder of nature through paintings.

Servay burnt to ground

Yesterday evening about 7.20pm I was standing at the balcony and saw from a distance big white and then black smokes rising up to the air, fiery flames can be seen from our 2nd floor apartment. I called up my hubby and my kids came along too curious to what I was looking at to. Some of my neighbours came out too and stood at their balcony wondering what could it be. This morning, while sending my Isaac to his nanny, she told us the Servay Hypermarket was on fire and completely destroyed. Oh my! I had goosebumps, the place we normally shop for grocceries and I was there only 2 days ago (tuesday this week). On my way to work this morning, my husband drove to the area just to confirm of what the nanny told us. Sad to see, it was totally gutted but thankful no casualties as reported in today's newspaper. There goes our Supermarket :-(
Cynthia had been talking about this incident the whole day today, we sense that she must have missed that place so much. She loved to shop in that hypermall, going around every department inside the trolly pushed either me or her daddy. Its just too bad, and now its all gone. While snapping these pictures, the smell of strong burnt metals really gotten into my nerves. Fireman still around making sure the fire is totally out, they really look tired and weary and onlookers standing nearby maybe wondering what items could have been saved at the very last moment before fire engulfed the whole building.

Saturday Nite Party

While posting this, my son is sleeping soundly in the room while my two gals still watching their PHDC (Play House Disney Channel)at this hour (10.20pm)
Actually the gals has been sleeping the whole afternoon today, I told them to get some sleep as we will be attending a birthday party tonight. My neighbour invited us to their son and daughter 1st and 4th birthday party, they made a double celebration as both born in August. Invitation stated at 7pm so we've got them ready and by 6.45pm we drove off to Inanam, Cherry Lounge Cafe. It took us about 15mins somemore the road was quite clear at that time. The place was quite cosy and there were tables around with lots of ballons and party pack for the children. Of course Isaac was so happy and excited, my son can never set eyes with ballons or else he'll just shout till he gets them.

We had buffet dinner, and not long after that the cake cutting, birthday song sang, candles blown and cakes distributed to all guests. In less or maybe an hour the celebration came to its end. Ruth said to me, " mummy how come this is such a short party?" "I'm not sure Ruth but maybe its just a simple celebration" I replied.
Actually I was thinking the same too hahaha...
We reached home about 8.20pm. They opened their party packs then continue their own 'party' at home, I guess they haven't had enough yet, it was funny :-D

How to raise a happy child

Like any parents, I want the best for my children. My hubby and I has done almost everything for our Ruth, Cynthia and Isaac. Making sure they are healthy, spending valuable time with them, happy and are loved unconditionally. Most parents wanted to know whether their kids are happy and how to develop a child self confidence and ensuring they are happy most of the time.

Some child psychologist said, happiness is not something that you can give to a child like presents but to develop a set of inner tools which they can rely on throughout their life.

The signs of a happy child:- always smiles, plays, exhibits, curiosity, shows interest in other children, doesn't need constant stimulation. These are among the points made by child experts which suggest parents to learn read the signs.

But there are times hubby and I become upset when our kids start throwing tantrums and also not eating well. Lil' Isaac eating habits are much better than his sisters, at least he is not in our lists of worries :-) I'm finding some ways now how to make a child eats better, some people says we have to put some creativity in preparing their meals, any suggestions? But anyways, I hope their poor eating habit is not link to any stress symptoms.

Few more suggestions from child experts on raising a happy child.

1) Make room for fun. I think this is one important point especially like us, working parents to spend enough time with our kids like playing together with their favourite toys, board games, watching cartoons and good movie together or simply read books with them. On weekends, we spend time with our kids like going to the mall, buy groceries, eating out or watch some Disney movies together.

2) Help them develop their talents. Well, this year hubby and I noticed our girls develop their interest in drawings. Drawings expressed their inner feelings and sometimes they drew us(daddy and mummy) in their drawings. There are times lots of heart shapes for mummy and daddy and there are times more X X X when they get angry with us hehehe... It's one way to know my kids feeling.

3) Teach them to do meaningful things. (I would like to know your suggestions on this)

4) Be their role model.

Hubby gave me a small gift yesterday evening, a wrist watch by Beverly Hills, Polo Club. It's a small wrist watch I've ever seen though. I asked, what's the occasion? but he simply said, "I thought you might want another wrist watch". Hmm..ok in case you might be thinking, perhaps a new Sony Vaio laptop for me? Just kidding, thanks dearie :-) XOXOXO

Nothing to brag about it but I guess the thought that counts and that reminds me to find a suitable gift for him for his upcoming birthday. I guess I need your suggestions, any gift ideas friends?

I'm so tired these few days when comes to afternoon in the office I feel like sleeping like this little girl. I drank 2 cups of coffee /day for the 3 days in a row, I normally take one cup per day but I can't help it or otherwise I will doze off. It's hard to have peaceful sleep at night and even in my sleep I could still hear the motorcycles and cars passing near our place. I've been on 'alert' since tuesday night, what happened was somebody came knocking our main door at about 10.30pm that night. I almost wanted to answer the knock but who wants to come over at that hour. If they knew my number, they surely call me before coming over. So I just let the person had his or her last knock on my door. If hubby is not around for days, I'll have to be the 'man' in the family. Safety is my 1st priority for them. I better pack my things, switch off this puter, go back and rest with my kids...

I wish to go back to a much younger teenage age, like 14. Yup, we only spend like 7 years of teen ages but I would prefer number 14. Why? coz at this age I could only think about my studies and have so much fun with our choir members (Tanaki Youth). I can look forward more gathering especially Christmas. This is the time I could go on 'outstation' meaning, we (youth) out to bring Christmas Cheers house to house outside Penampang area..wow I can still remember how excited I was at that time of year! And also, this age, I fell in-love with my senior school mate haha...and another crush with a senior choir member LOL!! The so called 'Puppy Love' wasn't so bad though hehe..

But nothing can compare the joy and happiness that I have now with my beloved hubby, my 2 girls and adorable Isaac :-) I thank GOD for having them in my life!

My cousin Deborah came home early this month for her summer holidays. Last saturday my girls and Isaac had the opportunity to meet their aunty again at our grandmother's place. Isaac as usual, nobody can touch or carry him. Only me, his daddy and the nanny can hold him but I hope his behaviour will change as he grows. Deborah is in her 6th years on Medicine in Kursk University, Russia and will be graduating March next year. How time flies, it's been 6 years ago after completing her SPM in St. Francis Convent and now soon to be a Doctor. Here is a picture taken at my granny's place. Grandma was delighted and happy to see her grandchildren and great grandchildren that day :-) I'm not sure if I will reach my age seeing my great grandchildren. God's will!

'I have a dream, Dancing Queen, Mamma Mia, Waterloo...sounds familiar to you? Right, ABBA the ever most popular pop group in the 70s', from the awesome four Anni-Frid Lynqstad, Aqnetha Faltskoq, Benny Andersson and Bjorn Uvaeus. Music is part of my life since small and still am now haha..I mean seriously I just loved ABBA songs, thank goodness every now and then you still get the chance to hear their songs in Lite FM. I still have their cassettes I bought in my teenage years.

On friday last week, 18th July, our lady boss sponsored a table worth RM5000 for us to the Palliative Association fund raising dinner in Magellan Sutera Ballroom. 119 tables occupied that night with the highest rate of RM15,000 and the lowest RM2000 per table. It may sound unbelievable how people spend so much for this dinner because money is really a matter to everybody nowadays. But if you think it over, doing charity for a good cause is worth spending and God knows you're doing it sincerely and wanting the best out of it especially for the terminally sick and needy.

I shed tears watching the 10 mins video clips of cancer stricken children, taking care of them and giving their fullest support to their families. And the hardest part for me was watching them fulfilling their last wishes. It took me several days to get over it.
Few paintings were auctioned that night and they managed to raise RM73,000.00 from 8 paintings. The highest painting auctioned was RM50,000.00, the bid started at RM10,000. Phew...'Money, money, money must be funny, in a rich men's world' ..

As they served the last 2 dishes in the menu, the long awaited finally on stage..yup 'ABBAration' a group from 'Down Under' Australia hit out with their first song from the original ABBA, 'Dancing Queen'. Wow what can I say, not the original but the ballroom sure 'gegar' that night for 2 hours non-stop. The last 2 songs 'Thank you for the music' and 'I have a dream' were dedicated to patients at the palliative center. It was just great, good music for a good cause..I hope to attend next year's fund raising dinner..well if we're being sponsored again. But so far this was the 3rd time we're being sponsored.

We were the only couple as what we've requested in St.Aloysius, Limbanak by Rev. Father Fundes Motiung, I will always remember walking through the aisle almost to tears with a beautiful floral arch standing in the middle and fresh flowers in all left and right benches. I was sad that time cause it should be my father sending his only daughter to the aisle. It was a touching moment for us(family) all without my daddy. We had our 1st reception (my family side) at Putera Ballroom with Red, Gold and floral for theme. The next day at my in-laws in Kg. Pinapah. It all went nicely and according to what we had plan.

I received this from my colleague, it's funny and thought I would share this here too :-)

I was testing the children in my Sunday school class to see if they understood the concept of getting to heaven. I asked them, 'If I sold my house and my car, had a big garage sale and gave all my money to the church, Would that get me into Heaven?' 'NO!' the children answered. 'If I cleaned the church every day, mowed the yard, and kept everything neat and tidy, would that get me into Heaven?' Again, the answer was, 'NO!'

By now I was starting to smile. Hey, this was fun! 'Well, then, if I was kind to animals and gave candy to all the children, and loved my husband, would that get me into Heaven?' I asked them again. Again, they all answered, 'NO!'

I was just bursting with pride for them. 'Well,' I continued, 'then how can I get into Heaven?' A five-year-old boy shouted out, 'YOU GOTTA BE DEAD.'

My friend and I saw this shop called 'Byary Furniture' in Karamunsing Complex, basement floor. Am not trying to promote their things here haha..but if you are in Karamunsing, I would suggest you drop by and see for yourself :-)

My little Isaac

Today I've had the most frightening moment in my life. I almost lost my little boy in a crowded shopping centre at Palm Square, Centrepoint. We were out this afternoon planning to get a new pair of sandals for Ruth and Isaac. It was crowded and of course its weekend and people busy buying things or maybe just window shopping and of course youngsters 'lepak' around the mall. We looked around for a suitable sandals for them, finally we found it at 'Bata'. Hubby was with him but we both could not remember how our little boy got himself free from the baby stroller. And there I was busy choosing the right sandals for Ruth and then for a moment we realised Isaac was not around. My heart beats fast as I try not to panic. I called up his name, and there were no response. So I told the girls to sit and stay inside the shop while hubby and I quickly went outside looking for him, I was running here and there like mad, in and out each shops and I was almost to tears calling his name. And suddenly I saw my husband and my little boy near the Starbucks outlet and he was crying. I couldnt stand it anymore, I ran towards them and hug my little boy. Hubby said he was with other kids playing the animal toys at nearby Starbucks. I couldnt say much after that, it was our fault too. I kissed him and carried him away from the crowd and I've promised to myself I wont let this thing happen again. We paid the sandals then went home. I really thank God for our son is safe and with us now. Thank you Lord.

The blog describe almost the whole things you want to know about the blogger, be it about children, work, happenings around her life, poems, cultures and a lot more. Oh yes, I've got to know more about Avail Beauty products from Mzaixe-space. Some of my colleagues are using this product but now I know there are more things than a sanitary pad :-)

One thing for sure, the foodie pictures are so tempting and it makes me hungry, don't you feel the same? The blogger posted a few things about Krishna Curry House for sure this is a famous place to savour the delicious curry fish head in town and with all the side dishes, hmm...it sure looks yummy to me!

I've always loved thoughts of the day and poems and I've posted a few in my own blog, the Morning Thoughts in mzaixe-space really inspired me to react each morning. It sends out a message that if we can positively control our morning thoughts the rest will be just fine. Okay, I've got the message now. I really need to be positive in the morning to start out a good day, I guess everybody needs that!
